Computer Science and Engineering B.S.

The goal of this major is to provide students with an integrated background in both computer science and computer engineering. Students will learn the fundamentals of hardware and software computer science, and the application of engineering concepts, techniques, and methods to both computer systems engineering and software engineering. The program is administered jointly by the Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences and the Henry Samueli School of Engineering. The major will be newly available to transfer applicants enrolling fall 2006.
