Applied and Computational Mathematics B.S.

Students who want a solid foundation in statistics or classical applied mathematics, as well as the more recent field of computational mathematics-the study of computer solutions to mathematics problems in the sciences and engineering-are encouraged to investigate the BS degree in Applied and Computational Mathematics. Within the degree, students select an emphasis in applied mathematics or an emphasis in statistics.
