University Majors
The Justice Studies Department prepares students for positions of responsibility and leadership in the justice system, in local, state, and national government, and in non-governmental organizations and community groups promoting social justice both domestically and internationally. The B.S. degree also prepares students for further study in masters' and PhD programs and law schools. The degree is designed to develop the high level of analytical, leadership and management skills, and personal and professional competency and ethics, demanded in contemporary justice-related organizations.
