University Majors
This program of study provides a strong foundation in child and adolescent development and would be the basis for a variety of careers that involve work with or about children and their families. The program also prepares students for graduate study in child and adolescent development or for the social sciences in general. Although not generally recommended for students who expect to work toward a Multiple Subject (K- 8) Teaching Credential Program after graduation, graduates of this program can and often do apply to a multiple subject credential program.
