Humanities B.A. (Concentration in Religious Studies)

The Religious Studies Concentration presents scholarly interpretations of the world`s religious traditions. It aims to be as global as possible in covering the great diversity of religions and as inclusive as possible in covering the various methodological approaches to study of religion. By seeking to understand world religions yesterday and today, this Concentration allows students to develop a basis for critical thinking, to learn how to recognize and examine presumptions mindfully, and to understand and respect a variety of perspectives.
