Communication Studies B.A. Concentration in Relational & Organizational Comm

Communication touches upon all aspects of our lives, from our interpersonal relationships to our use of media. Communication Studies features top-quality faculty teaching relatively small classes. The program presents a balance of humanistic and scientific instruction including the communication skills people need to function effectively in all professions.

Possible career paths include: advertising, marketing, sales, researcher, teacher, professor, public relations, reporter, editor, broadcaster, writer.

The Organizational Communication concentration will prepare students to think critically and creatively about the complex communicative behaviors that occur in a variety of organizational settings. Students will have a variety of courses to choose from which prepare them for careers in management, personnel, human relations, events planning, customer service, training & development, consulting, and various leadership positions.
