California State University, San Bernardino
Liberal Studies - Arts and Letters Track (Non-credential) B.A.

B.A. in Liberal Studies - Arts and Letters Track (Non-credential): The Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies is a non-vocational interdisciplinary program designed for students whose needs or interests require a more broadly-based liberal arts curriculum than is possible through existing disciplines. This Liberal Studies Program track is designed for students who wish to obtain a degree in Liberal Studies and are not planning on teaching in the elementary school but perhaps pursuing a career in journalism, business, law, government or politics. This program will allow a good deal of flexibility of choice as well as appeal to those who want a non-specialized degree for their own personal purposes or because they seek to be employed in jobs that only require a college degree in any subject. This program may be a useful stepping stone to more advanced work at the graduate level.
