Economics B.A.

The faculty of the Economics Department participates in programs leading to both undergraduate and graduate degrees. One undergraduate program leads to a bachelor of arts degree with a major in economics. Another undergraduate program leads to a bachelor of arts degree with a major in business administration and a concentration in business economics and requires a larger number of business courses. Both programs prepare the student for a variety of career opportunities in business and government as well as advanced studies in economics, business, public administration and law. Graduate study is offered in economics, leading to a master of arts degree. Alternatively, students may follow the Master of Business Administration curriculum, with a concentration in business economics.
